Only £37.50 delivery for beds
and £9.50 for accessories

Bensons prices are guaranteed the lowest for comparable products, every day, all year round. Delivery costs are not hidden in the price of our beds, so we make a nominal charge of £37.50 as a contribution towards local carriage and insurance costs (Deliveries to mainland UK only) for everything, apart from pillows, quilts and matt protectors at £9.50.

We want you to be delighted not just with your Bensons bed or furniture but the delivery and the after sales service that goes with it as well.

Your options Arranging a delivery date

Once you have made your purchase online...

...and our sleep experts have processed your order you will be allocated a delivery date. Your delivery date will be on your paperwork that you will receive via royal mail between 7 – 10 days of making your order.

Please ensure you’ve given us your contact numbers, including a mobile if you have one. We’ll call you 24 hours before delivery and text as well, so you know when we’re coming. Then, on the day, our delivery team will contact you again around one hour before they arrive.  Delivery is Monday to Friday - 8am-1pm or 12-6pm, depending on your location in the UK.

If you have ordered over the Internet/Telephone you will be requested to show identification on delivery, this is to prevent fraud. Our drivers will require photographic ID for the name on the invoice plus a utility bill showing the same name and invoice address and dated within the last three months.

If you have ordered over the phone and your delivery is going to an alternate address, we will require additional identification before delivery.

Going that little bit further...

We’ll deliver your bed or furniture, not just to your front door, but to any room in your house. Of course we’ll take every care carrying them through your home but even so, we recommend that you move valuables such as vases or paintings out of the delivery path. Or our team will advise you of any risks.



We unpack and recycle!

  • We unpack all divans, assemble and fit the headboards in a room of your choice
  • We unpack mattresses only purchases and place them on an existing divan base or frame.
  • We will take away and recycle all packaging.
  • All this is at no extra cost to you!

Unfortunately we cannot assemble frames and bunk beds - however these will still be delivered to the room of the customers’ choice.
