'Amount of Credit' means the amount shown over the page next to those terms. 'Loan' means the credit facility provided under this Agreement

2 Agreement. We agree to provide the Amount of Credit under these terms. This agreement will only become binding upon us when it is signed on our behalf. We may reject any application.

3 Payments. You authorise us to pay the relevant part of the Amount of Credit to the Retailer, including the amount for any warranty you have selected. Where applicable you confirm that you have read and understood the terms of any warranty you have selected. You agree to repay the Amount of Credit by monthly payments as set out over the page. You must make the payments by Direct Debit from an account you maintain with a bank or building society in the United Kingdom. You must make the first payment on the day we tell you. Following payments will be due on the same date in each following month. You must notify us immediately if you change your bank or building society account. Credit card and Debit card payments will only be accepted at our discretion. Where we agree to accept payment by credit card we may make a charge for this.
If you repay early in part, the monthly payments will stay the same but your loan term will reduce.
If you repay early in full before the end of the deferred period, an administration fee may be payable as described overleaf. If you repay in part during this period, no such fee will be applied to the partial repayment. If you repay early, in full or in part after the end of the deferred period, your settlement amount will reflect a limited rebate of the interest on the amount paid early for the rest of the loan term based on a formula calculated under the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
