What is The Furniture Ombudsman?
The Furniture Ombudsman (TFO) is an independent body. Its role is to increase consumer confidence and raise standards within the furniture sector. It also offers a dispute resolution solution for furniture customers.

How does it work?
The Furniture Ombudsman is able to assist in resolving disputes between consumers and member retailers. Through their experience and expertise, they are able to make recommendations and decisions that can bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion for all parties.
When would I involve The Furniture Ombudsman?
Should you experience a problem with your furniture, you should first contact us and we will aim to resolve any issues.

Please have your invoice number ready which can be located at the top right of your invoice.
In the unlikely event that the matter remains unresolved, you can ask The Furniture Ombudsman to look into the dispute.
