The Sweet Spot

You’re doing really well – well done you! You’re living your best life and you have a healthy relationship with your sleep. Most of the time you’re feeling refreshed when you wake, and have a fairly regular, healthy sleep routine – the quality of your sleep feels good to you.

You may have the odd poor night’s sleep and you know that this can sometimes feel rubbish – but you don’t worry about it. It can be scary when we find out what not sleeping can do to us, and sometimes we can become overly anxious about this.

The important thing to remember is – don’t fix it if it’s not broken. Everybody is different – don’t compare yourself to anyone else, and you know where to go if you ever need some tips! You know you can get a poor night’s sleep and that can be slightly longer with a stressful time. You may sometimes take longer to get to sleep, but you simply use it for a bit of extra “me time”.

You have a great positive attitude, and your lifestyle is relatively healthy – spending time with friends, exposing yourself to more light during the day, having a relatively healthy exercise & eating routine. But you’re still able to have treats every now and again – it’s not about being perfect! Anyone can achieve the sweet spot – it’s all about how you feel and how you let this change your behaviour.
