For some, to get six hours of uninterrupted sleep would be a dream come true, while others can’t imagine surviving on anything less than nine hours kip each night.

But what does affect Britain’s sleep? Are you kept awake by a partner snoring, family or work stress or a poor routine? Does a poor night’s sleep affect your ability to do your job effectively?
