The live video calls can be used to learn more about a product, to see how products work, for expert advice, and to make a purchase.

If you’re simply looking for style or measurement advice, or want a demonstration of our products, you won’t need to give us any details. The only time we’ll need your details is if you want to purchase something while on the call. If you don’t want to do this, your Bensons Live Advisor can advise you of other ways to complete your purchase.

We certainly can! Our in-store sleep expert will take some measurement details from you and let you know if that super king size bed, or five-door wardrobe will fit in your home. But don’t worry - if it won’t, we can always recommend something just as fabulous.

Yes. You can buy a bed, sofa bed, mattress, or anything else you’ve spotted during a Bensons Live video call. Your Bensons Live Advisor will take you through the payment process while you’re on the call and a receipt for your transaction will be sent to you via email.
