We will send communications to you by text and email – so please look out for these. If you need to amend your details so you’re fully informed at each stage of the delivery please contact your local store or customer services on 0333 222 6800.
If prior to your delivery you would like to add assembly of your products or recycling of your old bed, please contact your store who will be happy to help, or call 0808 144 6160 if you ordered online.

Paying your outstanding balance
We cannot deliver your product if you have not paid your balance in full. You need to do this at least 5 days before your delivery date. If you’re unable to do this, please contact your store /call our customer services team (on 0333 222 6800) and we will reschedule your delivery.

Preparing for your delivery
One of the most common problems we face when delivering divan beds and mattresses is making sure there is enough space to carry your new bed or mattress through your home to the room of your choice.  So please take some time to measure not only your room of choice to make sure the product fits but also any stairs / lifts / hallways / access points that may be used to get the product to your room of choice.

If you realise that your products won't fit into the room of choice or we won't be able to get access to the room of choice, please contact us via the store you purchased in or through our Customer Services team on 0333 222 6800. We'll be on hand to help you choose an alternative product that will fit. Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of placing your order in store to avoid any cancellation charges.
Change your delivery date
You can change your delivery date up to 5 days before delivery.
We will normally confirm your delivery date via text and email 7 days in advance (which you can still amend until 5 days before).
In the afternoon, 3 working days before delivery we will send your 2-hour delivery slot via text
Making sure you love your product
Your free product guarantee
At Bensons for Beds we provide you with a free minimum 5 Year Guarantee when you purchase a new product from our ranges of divans, bed frames, mattresses, TV beds, headboards, sofa beds, bedroom furniture and kid’s beds and furniture. Most other new products including bedding and mirrors come with a 1 Year Guarantee.
