All our refurbished mattresses are meticulously inspected and tested using our 22 point quality check, and the mattress is then deep-cleaned to hospital standards, and sterilised using UV light, ready for it to be welcomed into your sleep space. Delivery

  • £15 for orders that under £500.

  • Delivery is Monday to Friday from 7am, you will be notified of your 2hr delivery window in the afternoon 3 days prior to delivery.

  • We deliver your order to the room of your choice and will walk the route beforehand, to consider any items we may need you to move.

  • Our delivery crews will always wear overshoes in your home and wear gloves during the delivery.

  • We will recycle any packaging that has been removed, if you want us to.

  • Our delivery crew will give you a business card with their names on it and details about our feedback survey.

You’ll need to have used a mattress protector to qualify, but we promise to make the whole exchange process quick and simple. All we ask is that you try your new mattress for at least 5 nights. Flip’s variable support spring system means it can provide unique support on both sides of the mattress, making it ideal for the changing height and weight of adolescents.

The softer side offers body cushioning support for smaller/lighter bodies - typically pre-teen up to 15 years old or 55kg, while the firmer side offers enhanced support for bigger/heavier bodies - typically from 15 years old or over 55kg.
