*At end of life recyclability has improved by:

• Automated separation. New machinery has been developed to automatically separate the steel springs from their fabric pockets, significantly reducing processing time and labour requirements.
• Material Recovery. Once separated, the clean steel springs can be baled and sold for recycling, while the polypropylene pockets can be recycled separately
