Tempur Mattress Price Match Guarantee Terms & Conditions (“Price Match Guarantee”)
1. Eligibility
This Price Match Guarantee commences on 14th January 2026 is subject to the terms and conditions below and, for the avoidance of doubt, only applies to Tempur products ("Tempur Product") sold by Bensons for Beds in stores, online or Telesales Department. The Tempur Products covered by this Price Match Guarantee are;
- Mattresses
- Bedframes
- Pillows
- Mattress protectors
- ("Tempur Products")
2. Identical Products Definition
For the purposes of this Price Match Guarantee, an identical product means a mattress that in the sole opinion of Bensons matches the Tempur Mattress in brand, model, specification, colour and size and available for purchase at the price at the time that the claim for any Price Match Guarantee is made. This includes all core features such as:
- Material composition
- Comfort layers
- Cooling technology
- Firmness rating
- ("Identical Product")
- Identical Products must be new, not clearance, refurbished, or second-hand.
3. Timeframe
Any Price Match Guarantee claims must be received by Bensons within 7 days of your purchase from Bensons for Beds.
4. What's Covered
The Price Match Guarantee applies to the product price only (inclusive of VAT) of the Tempur Products. For the avoidance of doubt it does not include services, delivery, installation, service plans, or any add-ons.
5. How to Claim
Contact Bensons for Beds Customer Services by either

- By live chat using the icon in the bottom right of the screen Provide to the satisfaction of Bensons for Beds evidence of the price of the Identical Product at the Alternative Retailer, which can include:
- A link to on a website
- A written quote
- A screenshot or photo of the online price showing the date of which the price has been captured
- A photo of the identical product and price in-store showing the date of which the price has been captured
6. Conditions
- The Identical Product must be publicly available and verifiable at the time of the claim
- This Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with any other Bensons for Beds promotions or discounts. it also excludes any group specific discounts such as Student discount, Staff discount, Blue light, NHS Discount, Military discount, or other/ similar schemes.
- ‘Free product’ offers do not apply. Therefore, by way of example should a Tempur Product be bought at £2000 which included 2 free pillow, and an Identical Product only be found elsewhere at £1950 but with no free pillows then the Price Match Guarantee will not apply. Similarly, should a Tempur Product be bought at £2000 and then an Identical Product be found elsewhere at £2000 plus 2 free pillows the Price Match Guarantee will not apply.
- For the avoidance of doubt Bensons for Beds has the sole discretion to decide whether the terms and conditions of this Price Match Guarantee are met and no correspondence needs to be entered into by Bensons for Beds as to why it has decided whether the terms of the Price Match Guarantee are met or not. This Price Match Guarantee only applies to purchases made from 14th January 2026 onwards.
- Identical Products such as Pro Air SmartCool & CoolQuilt will be deemed identical and in scope for a valid Price Match Guarantee claim if compared to a Pro Plus Smartcool Tempur Product.
7. Refund Process
Once verified, Bensons for Beds will refund the difference between the price of the Identical Product and the purchase price of your Tempur Product.
Legal Disclaimers
- Exclusions: This Price Match Guarantee only applies to Identical Products and does not apply to auction sites, marketplace sellers, private sales, or prices that result from membership, loyalty schemes, or voucher codes.
- Verification: Bensons for Beds reserves the right to refuse a claim if the price of the Identical Product cannot be verified or if the Identical Product is in the sole discretion of Bensons for Beds is not identical in all respects.
- Changes: Bensons for Beds may amend or withdraw this Price Match Guarantee and/or any of its terms at any time without prior notice.
- Final Decision: All decisions regarding eligibility and refunds are at the sole discretion of Bensons for Beds and are final.
- Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory rights are not affected.
