Any individual who purchases from Bensons for Beds Retail Limited (“Bensons”) one of the following Re-charge Bed models only (“Applicable Models”) placed between 8th – 28th November online or instore (“Re-charge Customer”) will receive one of either a £50 Playstation voucher, £50 Xbox voucher, or £50 Nintendo Voucher (“Gaming Voucher”) of their choice for each order made notwithstanding the number of Applicable Models purchased in that order.

The Re-charge Customer will need to provide a valid email address for the Gaming Voucher to be delivered via email. If a Customer does not provide an email address Bensons reserves the right to not provide a Gaming Voucher.
The Re-charge Customer will be contacted by Bensons to confirm which type of Gaming Voucher they would like namely either a £50 Playstation voucher, a £50 Xbox voucher, or a £50 Nintendo Voucher. The Re-charge Customer needs to confirm which one of the three types of Gaming Voucher (either Playstation, Xbox or Nintendo) they want by 13th December 2023. Should a Re-charge Customer have not informed Bensons of which Gaming Voucher it wants by 13th December 2023 then Bensons reserves the right to not provide a Gaming Voucher. Gaming Vouchers will be sent to the email provided by the Re-charge Customer after 13th December 2023 with the aim for the Gaming Vouchers to be received by the Re-charge Customer by no later than 24th December 2023 although Bensons does not commit to this timeframe.
Only 1 x £50 Gaming Voucher for either Playstation, Xbox or Nintendo can be chosen to redeemed by the Re-charge Customer and only 1 x £50 Gaming Voucher can be redeemed per email address provided. Bensons reserves the right to carry out any checks it deems necessary to ensure that only one Gaming Voucher has been requested per Re-charge Customer and email address provided.
If a Re-charge Customer either cancels or returns its order for an Applicable Model, Bensons reserves the right to not provide and/or reclaim the cost of the Gaming Voucher from the Re-charge Customer.
Bensons reserves the right to withdraw, change or cancel this offer at any time and its decision in all matters relating to this offer is final. There is no alternative to the Gaming Voucher, cash or otherwise. The use of the Gaming Voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the Gaming Voucher itself such as any expiry date in using the Gaming Voucher. It is the responsibility of the Re-charge Customer to familiarize themselves with any expiry date/terms and conditions of the Gaming Voucher itself.
Bensons accepts no responsibility for any damage loss injury or disappointment by a Re-charge Customer or anyone else in relation to this offer.
This offer is governed by English law and should there be any dispute the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
