How we can help with recycling your old items?
We offer recycling on the following items;
- Matresses
- Divan Bases
- Bedframes (excluding TV beds adjustable beds, high sleepers, and cabin beds)
- Headboards (available instore or via telesales)
How we help with recycling your old items?
You will be given the option to take out our range of recycling services online, instore or via our telesales department. Our pricing is really simple and clear.
£45 per Mattresses, Bedframes, Divan Bases
£25 per Headboard
If you order online or instore, you have the choice of adding recycling to your basket, when you choose your new items.
If you want to add headboard or bedframe recycling to your order, please contact Internet Sales on 0808 1446160 (option 3) who will be able to simply guide you through the process.
We will collect your old items to recycle at the same time as delivering your new mattress meaning you don’t have to wait in for a 3rd party to come and collect your old mattress, divan set, bedframe or headboard.
Our delivery team can only recycle items if they have been properly disassembled and are safe to remove, please refer to these handy instructions below.
| Divan Base | Please ensure it is disassembled prior to us delivering your new items, if there are multiple parts to the divan base, please separate by removing the connecting links and empty any drawers or storage prior to us arriving. |
| Headboard | Please ensure that this is separated from the divan base prior to us arriving. |
| Bed Frame | Please ensure that it is disassembled prior to us delivering your new items, this means that the headboard, the footboard (or foot end), the side rails and the slats are separated and that the fittings removed to ensure it is safe for collection. |
We will bring along a discrete green bag where our drivers will come and collect your old items from the room of your choice. They will bag them and take them out of the house and onto our vehicle where we will then ensure that none of the materials will end up in landfill and 100% of the materials will be recycled.

3 days before your delivery date you will receive a text from your servicing Delivery Centre with a 2 hour delivery timeslot. Please ensure that the items are easily accessible for our delivery crew, who can collect from a room of your choice. When you follow these simple steps, the delivery crew will have no problem picking up your old items!
Our delivery team can only recycle items if they have been properly disassembled and are safe to remove.
