London Fashion Week’s 4 Catwalk Looks Which Are Key 2025/26 Bedroom Interior Trends

We spotlight products inspired by high fashion that are this season’s big bedroom design trends
London Fashion Week is currently the place to be in the capital for anybody who cares about style, design and the latest trends. Hot off the stiletto heels and chic looks of the catwalk, we take a look at which styles are making their mark in the 2025 and 2026 bedroom interiors trends.
Fashion has played a key role in informing interior design trends for years, but there appears to be an increasing crossover between the two industries, partly thanks to TikTok, which has become the ‘go-to platform’ for viral bedroom interiors trends.
“We’ve always believed the bedroom should be a place of self-expression,” says Megan Thompson, our Buyer. “This season we’re helping customers take their cue directly from the runways, with classic frame silhouettes and all the textures, tones, and moods that defined London Fashion Week 2025.”
From sustainable materials to maximalist style, rich tones to cutting-edge tech, LFW had it all. In this blog, we outline the styles that can’t be missed, and highlight a range of products to bring your bedroom right up to trend this A/W, ensuring you sleep in style every day.

Sustainability Takes Centre Stage
Eco-conscious bedroom interior design is no longer optional. It’s a must.
We’ve seen runway collections featuring organic cotton, recycled polyester, plant-based fabrics, and upcycled or zero-waste construction methods. And our mattress designs are no exception.
There’s a huge range of eco-friendly mattresses to choose from, including the popular Naturals by Slumberland range, which are made from a blend of recycled, natural and organic materials such as wool, latex, organic cotton, and organic flax.
Playful Maximalism
Fashion this season has returned to statement shapes and confident expression.
We see plenty of oversized shoulders, billowing sleeves, cinched waists, dramatic pleats, and vivid colour combinations, all of which are perfect to transfer to our bedroom design.
For an unmissable impact statement in a maximalist bedroom, try the Snooze Nocturne ottoman bed frame in deep, moody blue, paired with vintage and classic furniture - it’s one of the hottest bedroom interiors trends this season.
Integrated technology
No, we’re not talking about AI for once. This year’s LFW incorporated tech in the entire show, mirroring the immersive tech experiences we see elsewhere in the world. Designs incorporated AR overlays, projection mapping, and smart fabrics like colour-shifting and light-responsive materials.
We’ve recently launched our newest TV bed collection and became the first UK retailer to integrate the Freely Live Streaming service into its TV bed models.
The new Bensons Media Glow TV bed frame (£1999.99) seamlessly integrates high-spec features for tech enthusiasts within a stylish and comfortable place to rest your head at the end of a long day.
Rich tones and icy blues
In terms of colour palette, many designs at LFW featured rich wine tones, deep burgundy, and icy blue hues. Luckily, these transfer straight into the hottest bedroom trends.
For the same effect in the bedroom, why not try a free-standing headboard, which can be a cost-effective way to instantly update a bed frame?
The Slumberland Tia freestanding headboard (£349.99) is available in Tuscan wine – a soothing and sumptuous colour, great for adding a splash of personality this Autumn and Winter season.
Megan’s Top 5 2025/26 bedroom trends design tips
No matter the season, there are a few classic bedroom interior design tips and ideas which Megan always recommends sticking to.
1. Choose a calming colour palette
In a bedroom, calming shades work best. Consider soft blues, gentle greens, or warm neutrals. These calm colours can help to promote relaxation, which is super handy when it’s time to unwind after a long day.
If you are more of a fan of maximalist design, you can create a more dynamic look by adding some accent colours to your colour scheme. Pillows, throws, or wall art are three of the most popular bedroom accessories when it comes to injecting some personality into the overall interior design.
2. Invest in High Quality Bedding
Choose bedding that has been made using soft, breathable and (ideally) sustainable fabrics. Then, layer up with duvets, blankets, and a range of pillows. This helps to add depth to your bed while giving your bedroom an air of luxury.
3. Create a Focal Point
In your bedroom (or any room for that matter), a focal point will draw the eye.
Whether your focal point is a stylish statement velvet headboard, a large piece of wall art, or an eye-catching piece of bedroom furniture, embrace its presence to make the most of the latest bedroom trends.
If you’re lucky enough to have a fireplace in your bedroom, consider making it your bedroom’s focal point by adding a beautiful mantelpiece or using it to showcase all your favourite décor items.
4. Incorporate natural elements
Undoubtedly one of the biggest bedroom trends this year.
Welcoming nature into your bedroom can help you to create a calming and refreshing space that is conducive to a better night’s sleep. Think about introducing some houseplants, fresh flowers, or bedroom furniture made using natural materials such as wood or stone to your bedroom design.
Plants enhance your décor while improving air quality within your sleep space. With that in mind, add house plants to your list of bedroom design ideas and see if they can offer you a sense of tranquillity too.
5. Play with textures
Mix and match different textures to add depth and visual interest to your bedroom design. You can do this quite easily by combining smooth, sleek materials with soft, plush fabrics. Pair velvet cushions with a chunky knit blanket or a textured rug with a wooden chest of drawers to make your bedroom feel more complete.
