The competition will run quarterly
Entry to the competition is free and happens automatically when you leave a Valid Review
A “Valid Review” means a review of Bensons for Beds service at: https://uk.trustpilot.com/evaluate/www.bensonsforbeds.co.uk which:
- relates to a purchase of products and services offered by Bensons for Beds; and
- which fully complies with Trustpilot’s user guidelines stated on https://uk.legal.trustpilot.com/user-guidelines
Entry to the competition is open to individual residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except employees of Steinhoff UK Retail, their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with the competition.
Entry is by successful survey completion at https://uk.trustpilot.com/evaluate/www.bensonsforbeds.co.uk
Multiple entries are not accepted; only one entry per person per prize period per method of entry will count as a valid entry.
The winner will be responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The winner will be drawn at random within 7 days of each quarterly competition ending from all valid entries received prior to the close of the competition. The draw will be supervised by an independent party.
The winner will be notified by email within 5 working days from the draw date. The winner has 14 working days to confirm acceptance of their prize; otherwise, Bensons for Beds reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Where a purchase has been made, the prize is the full credit of your purchase on your account with Bensons for Beds to be processed as a reduction in order value. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
Where no purchase is made the prize will be £1,000.00 worth of Bensons for Beds vouchers that can be used against a future purchase from Bensons for Beds. These vouchers must be used by 23:59 GMT on 31st December 2020.
Completing and submitting a review on www.trustpilot.co.uk will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any reviews which breach the user guidelines on www.trustpilot.co.uk will not count towards the competition.
Neither Bensons for Beds or Trustpilot is responsible for late, lost, mis-delivered, incomplete or illegible entries.
Bensons for Beds reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant it finds to be attempting to undermine the entry process, the website or the legitimate operation of the promotion, or otherwise fails to comply with these prize draw rules.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Bensons for Beds reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time without prior written notice and/or to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
The decision of Bensons for Beds is final and binding in all matters relating to the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
