I have designed mattresses for many retailers including Marks & Spencer & Next. It has been an exciting journey to work with the team at Bensons for beds over the years, and have the added support to put the customer first and develop products which offer maximum quality, affordable prices and to design mattresses for every body

What do you specialise in?
My role in developing fantastic, award winning product for Bensons for beds starts with using quality materials. Looking for latest innovation in technologies, such as superbly comfortable filling layers, luxurious fabrics, and technical /natural solutions to everyday sleep issues such as ‘feeling hot during the night’ or ‘tossing & turning’. I have a particular interest in using materials which are organic, sustainable or planet friendly, helping to minimise the impact on the environment.
Industry experience
I started over 22 years ago as a buyer in a large department store in Worcester, a change from the Car rental industry in London, to selling beds! – I was soon cocooned in the comfortable world of mattresses. Moving to a career in Sales & Account management for some well-known mattress brands and designing collections for some of the largest bed retailers in the UK.
